Are they using multi-part printing?  Users need a separate form code for multi-part... but otherwise it should remember the previous printer for each workstation.

They use multi-part because they want two copies of every sales order.  Is there any way to get two copies without having to use multi-part or "hard code" the printer?

I wonder if you could use the Setup button on the printing screen.  That's where you set up things like tray #'s.... but I've never tried number of copies.

The number of copies does work, but I would think you would still have the saved printer issue.

Are you using the Standard Form or are they using a Custom form?  Is this Sage 100 Advanced?  Are the users on Terminal Server or separate workstations?
