Did you guys get this? Support.NA.Sage.com is here! Since we launched our new 24/7 Sage Knowledgebase in November 2013, Sage has been migrating content from our legacy knowledgebases into the new knowledgebasecontinuously improving the experience for browsing and searching. In addition, we've been analyzing usage of the Infosource knowledgebase to ensure that we have captured the most relevant content for you to find and use in the new knowledgebase. We are now ready to take the next step! This means that after more than ten years of service, the Infosource knowledgebase will be retired in the coming weeks. But before doing so, we would like to give you an opportunity to provide feedback. Help us tune the new Sage Knowledgebase. Because Sage wants you to have an improved knowledge search experience, we invite you to join the Sage knowledge team in a collaborative search-tuning session, where we will validate the work we have been doing. We'd like to hear from you as to what additional content might require migration. You can participate in this search-tuning session in a few ways: 1.Attend a webcast with the Sage knowledge team (two available sessions, 15 seats per session.) Schedule Session Now 2.Contact KM@sage.com with any feedback you have regarding the new knowledgebase. 3.In the near future, we will also provide an authoring form in the new knowledgebase for you to submit content to share your expertise with others. We know that you rely heavily on knowledgebase content, and we intend to provide a first-class, self-service experience for you and our customers. Thank you for your help to ensure we are delivering a great experience.

Not sure how they're going to compensate for what appears to just be a too basic search algorithm
