  • 1.  Did anyone's customer have Sage reach out to them

    Did anyone's customer have Sage reach out to them directly about payroll tiers? I know when Sage originally unveiled this they said that they'd be contacting customers directly. So I sat back and eventually Sage came to our group and apparently said, ""oh, we aren't contacting them for your customers"". Fair enough. I'm curious whether anyone had a customer report that Sage called the customer for the specific purpose of enrolling the customer into a payroll tier?

    I sent out some emails this morning inquirying if anyone was contacted by Sage regarding the tiers. All replies came back that Sage hadn't contacted them. Perhaps Sage intended to contact customers, but didn't get around to it.
