Did anyone's customer have Sage reach out to them directly about payroll tiers? I know when Sage originally unveiled this they said that they'd be contacting customers directly.
So I sat back and eventually Sage came to our group and apparently said, ""oh, we aren't contacting them for your customers"".
Fair enough.
I'm curious whether anyone had a customer report that Sage called the customer for the specific purpose of enrolling the customer into a payroll tier?
