Did anyone else get a September account statement from Sage? I try and stay on top of reconciling our Sage AP with their statements but last week, I got a second August statement instead of a September statement. Am I the only one who looks at them or am I the only one who received an incorrect one???

We got August

The thing is, with all the moving around of employees, I'm not sure who to contact anymore.

Once in September and another last week.

Sage doesn't know who you should call either!!!! LOL

August was such a good month they decided to repeat it.

Well, I called our Credit & Collections Rep and left her a voicemail explaining the situation. She then emails me September's statement stating, ""They were mailed last week, so you should also be receiving a hard copy soon."" Um, didn't I explain we received August's???

What are the odds you get another copy of August?

Statement??? That is so 1990's. I contact my collection rep once a month right after my AMEX cycles and she e-mails me a statement. I compare that to my Sage 100 Adv. AR trial balance to ensure I have all invoices accounted for. I then send her a response indicating what I want charged on my AMEX. Boom, she does it, she is happy and I am good for another month. When my AMEX statement arrives 35 days later, I cut a check to them 15 days after my statement closed. Makes my cash flow look outstanding, my banker is happy (for the cash flow), my Sage collect person is happy because I am current with my account and my wife is happy because I have AMEX points to use on vacations. Life is Great!!!!!! I almost forget for the other 29 days of the month that I am associated with Sage..........

Well, just received my August statement. There goes another 46 cents down the drain. Don't they know about Paperless AR Statements???

We got august twice as well. It is OK, I am just not paying my bill until I receive credit notifications via statement...

Yay! I just received the August statement again also. Since it's a credit balance, I'm hoping we also receive two checks.
