We have a not-overly-technical customer asking for our help with Sage 100 data for Descartes (pertaining to "truck scheduling"), and I'm wondering if anyone has worked with this company before?  The project notes I just received mention a couple EDI transaction types (856 ASN / 850 PO) which concerns me a bit (about what might be involved for the data exchange).
From the introduction I was expecting flat files or a SQL staging database, not EDI.

    More info:
"We use GLN as all our applications data gateway. When you are sending us data, you can send to GLN using http post. GLN can also be set up to http post to your endpoint when we are sending you data.
We will need data from you in order to validate and populate appointment line level. The format you can communicate those data to us could be EDI or XML. We also have standard XML import schema that our application understand. You can generate data using our XML format so that we can import the data directly into our system. Otherwise GLN also provides mapping services to map your format into our standard XML Import Schema format."

As anticipated... it looks like they are expecting a web interface (which obviously Sage 100 doesn't do).  Fun.  GLN: https://www.descartes.com/solutions/b2b-connectivity-and-messaging/descartes-global-logistics-network

If anyone has done something with Descartes before I'd appreciate any insights you might have.
