  • 1.  Delete CC from Paya Vault - v2021 PU2

    New employee accidentally saved CC information to the Paya vault. 

    They want to delete it but I am not seeing a way.  There is a delete function but it is greyed out.  Is it because it is marked as primary/  From a way back memory, this had to be done via virtual terminal.  Is this still the case?

    As long as it's not set as Primary you should be able to just delete it right there.

    That was my thought but the checkbox is greyed out.
