Anything less than stellar reviews is not good news. The Verge and WSJ had mediocre reviews. At best they'll retain some business customers but who is leaving Android or iOS for BlackBerry? What's the compelling ""must have"" feature?

This is bad new for Greg Kyte. Somebody want to tell that poor bastard he's got another month and a half to go?

I miss the BB for messaging. However, youtube videos and web content are much better on the HTC One X than the Torch. The smartphone market is driven by the consumer not the business user and consumers want to access to media. Messaging for consumers is text messaging over email. No advantage here for RIM RIM will be like an old soldier and just fade away.

I miss my BlackBerry but it had it's day in the sun. A perfect case study of what happens when a company does not change with the times.

I think this is healthy. It gives Windows 8 Phone a struggling chance. The market would have gotten too thin for #3 & #4 if BB was really a game changer in terms of app developers.
