Sage 100

​I installed 2018 Standard on clients machine for review. in 2017, she is only getting Defer as her print option.  Printers are there, Default printer is setup.   I have tried everything, uninstalled 2018, reinstall 2017 wksetup, reinstall Crystal.  Rebooted.  What am I missing??  thanks!

Resolution to this....it was an issue with Print Spooler on her machine.  I use screenconnect for unattended sessions.  It "appears" that every time I rebooted her machine, it remapped my local printers.  I had about 50 printers under my name listed on her machine and it was killing the print spooler.  I have not ever seen this happen, but once I deleted these, everything worked fine.  I was so focused on Sage being the issue, I didn't think about looking at this.  Thank you Alnoor!!  ​

If using RDC, disabling shared printers is what I do as a matter of routine now.
