  • 1.  Defer printer

    ​I installed 2018 Standard on clients machine for review. in 2017, she is only getting Defer as her print option.  Printers are there, Default printer is setup.   I have tried everything, uninstalled 2018, reinstall 2017 wksetup, reinstall Crystal.  Rebooted.  What am I missing??  thanks!

    Permissions are often the issue.  I'd try the same task logged into the PC as an admin.  Also, I always map a drive.  I can never recall the conditions under which losing drive mapping makes you get deferred, but there are cases.
