Not exactly the highest priority issue in my book but had a client notice this in the 2023 version of Sage 100.
At windows settings in Windows 11, the client has his date format set to mm-dd-yy. The windows default would appear to be mm/dd/yy which the client does not like because it is hard for him to read. For now I had him change his view settings from default size to medium or large but the client would prefer dashes instead of slashes. Note that this is in data entry, NOT when printing a report or form.
In 2021 and 2022, Sage 100 would take it's cue from the windows setting. In 2023, it appears to ignore that windows setting. I tested on my own computer and confirmed it. I've never noticed it because I've always had my date settings as mm/dd/yy.
Anyone else noticing this or have a possible workaround? Went to look in the knowledgebase, but it seems to be down this morning.
