Hi everyone
Gary, Susan and I had a membership committee meeting earlier today. We covered the following subjects - all of which will be including on our January agenda. We made a slight change moving the next meeting to a Wednesday - hopefully that works for everyone. We will plan out our future meetings in January.
Here are the hot membership topics right now:
1. Business Survey to Consultant Members: I would love to get this group to provide some questions on this subject. We want questions that we can eventually share back with the group. I will create another post to get some ideas of what we can ask.
2. Recruiting New Consultants
SAGE has agreed to cross-promote to their channel for the first time. So it was mentioned we should have a first time attendee ticket for non-member consultants priced around $999.00
I welcome your comments on this but worth it since we have some cross-promotion going on. I will maybe look into a flyer that can be shared on the channel.
We also discussed how we can partner with a specific university as well.
3. Clearing House/Endorsement/Reviews Vendors: This has a pin in for a larger group discussion moving forward
4. Library: This also has a pin it for discussion in January. But we should start to think about the types of content that can be saved such as documents, videos, newsletters, links etc. so we can begin to think about the place to house it all.
5. Large Firm Discounts: There was some discussion about providing discounted tickets to larger firms for MOTM to get more consultants to attend. I will be working on this.
Our next meeting is now scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2022 at Noon (Pacific)
