Good point @JohnHoyt - remember that these employees are a form of ""smart money"". They have access to more insider talk and info than we do. While many of them won't ""spill the beans"" you can pretty much guess by their actions that they might have been exposed to unfavorable info which caused them to depart.
In my personal opinion, this was doubly true with Jodi coming on as interim President then suddenly depart. She almost certainly saw one or more things that were not compatible with her vision.
