    @Debbie Beach - the CTRL-ALT-F9 keystroke worked. Client is reviewing the spreadsheet in detail. Now to find out how to set Excel 2010 to Auto-Recalculate when opening the spreadsheet to make sure the latest postings in SAGE 100 General Ledger are imported into F9. THANKS
