I am seeking objective input from any of you who may have had experience with Patchworks or E-bridge. My client has a bent toward these and has asked for some feedback. As you know, my analysis will have to go much deeper than this one question.
However, since I have not had any past experience with these integration tools, I am checking to see if any of you have had a negative experience (major challenge, unresolved issue, or find something to be lacking - such as support, flexibility in solution) with one of these would you please indicate specifically in which area?
My Client is on Sage 100 Advanced 2015 and looking to integrate with Big Commerce. Needs include: importing orders that include discounts, coupons, sales tax, freight, and credit card 100% paid on the web. Bi-directional synchronization of customers, orders, inventory, invoice history. Also, multi-currency, multi-language on the Big Commerce side and Stripe (https://stripe.com/us/features) for credit card processing.
