Danger Will Robinson, Danger! FYI, I did an import of Federal and State data into PR3 P/R Employee Tax Summary File for Sage 100 5.20.1. All appeared well and payroll calculated without error. Life was good until my customer tried to print an employee listing and received an Error 47 in program PRWRAB at line 2232. Applied the fix from the knowledgebase to no avail and after talking to Paul @ Sage found that my trusty import from the past is missing two new items that are needed to take the first field in PR3 from a length of 30 to a length of 100. Those two fields are W2_ELEC_CONSENT and ACA_ELC_CONSENT. So whether you need ACA reporting or not, add those fields to your imports.

Jane, Did Sage say whether these fields need to be added for State and Local PR3 records also, or just FED?

They said just FED but I think that is wrong. If you enter the data thru the program, both records are 100 characters long. I tried to import those fields to increase the field length and I can't import because the program sees PR3 as corrupt. I am going to have to export everything from PR3, reinitialize the file and then import the data back assigning a value to the two consent fields.
