Dang it, I read thru Wayne's thread on ""Wrong version of Crystal"" just the other day and now I can't find it. But mine is on a workstation, not the server. Client is on Win 7. This is new, not an upgrade. Have uninstalled and reinstalled via Add/Delete programs several times. The weird things about client are 1) icons missing across top of MAS (change company, etc), 2) all of this client's folders like MyPictures, MyDocuments, etc are redirected to a network drive. MAS installs OK now (had to do Registry cleanup re MyPictures before it would install with no errors), but Crystal still an issue. Have sent them a new KB entry I found re more reg editing and am waiting to hear, but does the MyPictures, etc redirect set off any alarms to anyone?

That's usually a network setting to have things saved by user to the network for backup purposes. I've never had issues with that. (We have internally here as well.) The icon issue is related to dpi settings, I think. I'll see if I can find it.

Are they doing anything weird with the User folders? It seems to me I had an issue with some settings in the ..\Use\Local folders at one time.
