DANG, does a custom report on the SY_ActivityLog file run faster than trying to view the report in MAS!!!!! I actually brought a customer's system to its knees yesterday trying to find out if someone was purging POs when they weren't supposed to, but today I wrote a report and bam, there was the info.

That sy_activity file can get huge.

I have seen this too.

Any SOP suggestions for purging this????

I usually rename the file if it gets too large and create a new one. That way I can switch back, if needed.

I usually do the same as Bill.
