A client has employees that are paid a fixed daily amount regardless of actual hours worked.  However, they want to display the fixed daily hours, rate and amount on the check stub, but track actual hours for workers comp.  I do not know of a way to do this, does anyone have any idea?

Maybe you could print those values from formulas based on the earnings code or Department - something unique to the scenario and consistent for all those it applies to.

Another option might be to enter a second earnings line (perhaps even create an earnings code for this), enter the hours to be adjusted up/down, zero out the pay amount and process.  Modify check template to suppress the unique earnings code line or suppress line based on pay amount (zero).
