  • 1.  Customizer Update

    Hi All, I am trying to add a UDF to AR_Openinvoice and I keep getting the message that it is in use.   No one is in Sage, I have rebooted the server (more than once) renamed sy_Console & sy_workstation.   Checked computer management and there are no open files.  I have updated a number of other files and this is the last update I need.    Any thoughts?

    What version?  Several versions back, I was unable to do the same.  But I can't recall if it was AR OpenInvoice or AR InvoiceHeader.  Again, it was several versions back

    Try renaming the Links folder and try to add to add the UDF again.  Once the UDF is created, revert the Links folder.

    Hi all
       
        They are on 2022 advanced. There's nobody in master console I've rebooted the server 2 different times so there should be no one in and nothing locked. I tried it in mass 90 mode running PVX132 as administrator With the same results.  I have added UDFs to about 6 other tables today with no problem  I'll try rename in the links folder and see if that helps.     If you are running client server, try running as standard. See if you get a different result. What is the exact message you get when it says it is in use? Anything in Master Console showing? I take it there is nothing pending for customizer either.
