  • 1.  Customizer already in use

    Logged into someone's server, which was just rebooted this morning.  Still getting a message that Customizer is already in use on this workstation (and it's not).  Must be a flag somewhere - any ideas?

    If you don't see anything in Master Console I'd try resetting the session files.

    In the \mas90\CM folder look for a file named User-cmLCK.tmp where User is the Sage User ID. Delete or rename that.

    Hey, this was something brought up that was actually fixed a couple of weeks ago.  I did NOT post this recently.

    Yep. It's a side effect of the fix for the Question vs Discussion issue that Brett bought up yesterday. I thought it was a new post sorry.
