    Customers cc processing is not working. They click Authorize Now and it freezes then a blank message window appears - it would be nice to know what happened! 4.4.6 SPS. What's up with the blank message box??

    Therese, Is this a new upgrade? On a recent upgrade I had to go in Payment maintenance and select each payment and then click accept which appears to have fix a similar issue with my customer..

    Well, new in December but I think I figured it out. The address lines cannot have a % symbol in them (as in c/o). I know I ran into this with them a couple of weeks back but it totally slipped my mind!
