Thank you @David Overholt !! This user has been exporting the info to Excel for 30+ years and is now just noticing only the most recent invoice is on the data.

Yes, I'm certain, The Key for that table SO_LastPurchaseHistory is ARDivisionNo+CustoemrNo+ItemCode+DocumentType. With the DocumentType field being "I"-Invoice or "O"-Order. Since the Invoice Number or Sales Order Number is not part of the key, each time an order is created it replaces the "O" record and each time an invoice is created, it replaces the "I" record, so it is always the most recent one in there. I even wrote a customization for a client to keep the last 2 instances of each order/invoice.

Thank you @David Overholt Are you sure about that? This customer has been using that report for 30 years. I wonder if he just noticed this. It does makes sense though... thus the name... LAST Purchase History.

Doug,
Customer Last Purchase History table only keeps the most recent record (Invoice and order) for each customer/item. it does not keep a full history of every time that customer purchases each item.
