Customer with only a single warehouse would like to add the QTY ON SO and/or QTY AVAILABLE to an Item Inquiry Custom View....ItemWarehouse file is not available...has anyone find a workaround to show that field????

There should be a field for Total Qty on hand in there. Would that work?

Oh wait, *AVAILABLE*. Hmmm...

That is the issue, they have the Total OnHand....but they would also,lile to see the On So so they can calculate the available and use the imformation for reorder....

That makes sense, are they wanting to use the export to Excel? Could they use Business Insights for the same info?

NM. Doesn't look like ItemWarehouse is available in the default views for Item either.

Add UDF's to the Item Master and either update with a VI Import/Export at set intervals or write a script to update as the data changes. I have one that updates by VI every 1 hour.
