Customer was on v2015 Std till 9/29, then upgraded to v2017 Std. Today the owner showed me many SOAxxxx.tmp files at the root of C on his computer. They were mostly dated 9/12 (some earlier), which was 2 weeks prior to the upgrade. Didn't see any newer ones, but he is wondering why he's getting them. He has a folder at the Root of C that he keeps moving them into (rather than deleting till he knows what they are about).
Checked another user's computer and didn't see any so specific to Owner. Doesn't seem to be anything in them, anyway to stop this from happening or know what was causing them? I'm assuming he can delete them correct?
