I have a customer who has two different legal entities. He called this morning asking which entity Sage had their Sage 100 and FAS under. When I told him, he said he wants them under the other entity. It's not a sale or anything, he just wants the parent entity to have ownership. Now technically, these are subscriptions but he is just trying to clean things up.
I know I've done 'transfers' when the customer has been purchased, for instance, but what do you do to change the legal 'ownership'?
