Customer wants to set up segment substitution (v2015 STD PU3). We've got the settings configured in IM Options, Product Line Maint, and Warehouse Maint, but all G/L postings are still going to a single warehouse/department. What is missing???

Are the GL accounts setup for the specific segment substitution? If they aren't the posting goes to the default Product Line Maint account.

Don't want to just assume: You have the Post to Department field populated in Warehouse Maintenance and the checkboxes checked in Product Line Maintenance?

Yes, GL accounts are set up. Warehouse field is set and PL check boxes are all turned on.

Just got off the phone with the client... seems they set up the GL accounts after posting the transactions but before asking me to look at the issue! Nancy Hanson wins this round of pin the tail on Sage. Thanks for all the ideas.
