    Customer wants to remove the integration between Sage 100 and SageCRM, and just run the CRM standalone. I see how to turn off the integration from the Sage 100 side, but how to I remove the integration from the CRM side so that it restores things like creating quotes in CRM that are blocked by the integration?

    No, because the customer decided they wanted the MAS_ tables left in CRM which we update via some custom code and them run reports in CRM that include some Sage 100 data. Customer is a printer an uses industry-specific software for quotes/orders and then imports the invoices from that into Sage 100.
