Customer wants Suggested Retail Price to show in Sales Order Entry Lines and on the printed sales order. I can see in Crystal where I can choose Suggested Retail Price to print, but I don't see the field on the Sales Order Lines page. Lines shows only Unit Price and that could be different from SRP. Customer wants both. Am I missing an easy checkmark somewhere? UDF?

Sounds like you need to create a Business Object UDF to make that field available in S/O Entry.

Actually it is already there. When you go into the Field Selection screen, go into ITEMCODE and hit Show All Fields at the bottom.

I'm with Brett. Create a UDF in SO_SalesOrderDetail and set the Source to Business Object. Business Object: SO_SalesOrderDetail_Bus Data Source: ItemCode Column: SuggestedRetailPrice If you want the SRP to flow to the invoice and then history, you will have to add additional UDF's to additional tables along the way.

You can do this as Brett pointed out via custom office and adding it to the grid. The trick is what Brett pointed out with the SHOW ALL button.

Gotta say, Brett's approach saves you a UDF. If you only want to view the data, it's perfect! Just be sure to add it to the grid in both the regular and wide views.

Ending to the story - adding the SuggestedRetailPrice worked great, but, the customer wanted to be able the enter the MSRP on every SO. So, UDF it was. Thanks again.
