Got this update from Sage yesterday afternoon. (Customer only had about 50 invoices yesterday but it completed in about 3 minutes. Hoping this is the fix but not 100% sure yet) My comments in [ ].:

Resolution
Reconvert Report:
1. Open the Form in Crystal Designer via the Designer Button (Crystal Reports 2011 for Sage is a separate component that needs to be installed on the workstation)
2. From within the Crystal Designer, Go to File, Summary Info
3. Change the ""Keywords"" section and remove ""b"". Example: Converted to version 5.10
[Note: when you run invoice printing after doing this it prompts you to ""convert to current level."" Apparently this is desired.]
4. Save the Form
5. Go to File, Page Setup.
6. Select the workstations default windows printer and save the Form.
[Asked and did not get much of an answer on whether this will be a problem if multiple people print invoices and have different default printers. Might be to make sure there isn't a garbage printer setting in here.]
UpdateCrystal Reports Runtime engine to Support Pack 12 (v.13.0.12.1494):
1. Close Sage 100 on the workstation
2. Download the ""MSI 32 BIT"" version of Support Pack 12 (32bit.msi) from
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 (Note: Do not install any other version or service pack)
3. Extract contents of CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_12.zip
4. Install CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_12.msi (SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) setup)
5. When complete, reprint form/report.
