    Customer upgraded from v2016 to v2018. WO is set to explode sub-assemblies in WO entry but it is not doing so. This is the same customer with WOEP which is now working but I don't see anything different in their setups from 2016 to 2018. What am I missing?? @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

    The first most obvious thing is if they have MRP installed. That disables the explode option in Work Order

    Check DFDM to make sure the button ""really"" is checked. Or, perhaps it's truly a Sage bug. What is WOEP?

    I think it's called Manufacturing Efficiency now but it was Work Order Efficiency Package by ACS. I'll check DFDM.
