Customer still on 3.71 Sales Order stopped flagging printed orders and all orders are still ""new"" whether printed or not. What could possibly cause this?

There is a hidden field in the crystal report that the system uses to know what the last form that printed was. My guess is that the crystal form was changed and this field was deleted or otherwise made to not print. Check the date on the crystal form they are using - try printing one with a standard form and if it works, you know you are on the right track.

Thanks Jeff. Makes some sense cause I did have to suppress something on the SO which they did not like so it was obviously modified by someone else.
