    Customer says they are having an intermittent issue where a Sales Order, Picking Sheet or an Invoice will be printing, then it pauses and appears to restart. So , for example, three sales orders print, pause, then the whole printing starts over. I've not encountered something like this before and it seems like it could be an issue environmentally as well as with Sage. They are Sage 100 Advanced 2014.

    I wonder if they can turn off the print spooler so it prints directly to the printer. I think this is the printer properties but could be in the print spooler properties.. Saw crickets on this post so thought I would throw out at least something....

    Are they on an RDP connection. I am having similar issues with a client. v2015 STD on a RDP connection. Using http://www.terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing?gclid=CN2Z15f78soCFQIOaQodd-cPdA as there main printer driver. I will investigate the spool.

    I have a customer that this happens to occasionally when printing checks. They are not using a rdp connection but have a ton of network printers that they can choose from to print to.
