Customer is saying that suddenly they cannot access the delete button on the sales order invoice lines page. They say they've been able to do this before. I've logged in with my user and I can duplicate. I suspect a third-party enhancement. They use ScanForce, Altec, CIMCloud and probably a few others.
One an existing invoice I can see a delete icon ( not grayed out ) for SPECIAL ITEMS -- it appears to be the inventory items where I can't delete a line
The user says they cannot delete the line in shipping data entry either.
I tried rebuilding custom office panels - that didn't change anything
Any other suggestions on how to drill down the issue? I'm thinking rename the LINKS folder after hours and see if that has any impact. Ordinarily I would think some type of enhancement is causing this issue except the customer hasn't added any new enhancements recently.
