    Customer says one of their workstations suddenly cannot print the cash receipts register to paperless office. This is a 4.3 customer. I recommend uninstall and reinstall wksetup as well as check if Adobe 6 is installed (Sage kb entry). Any other thoughts?

    Can they print other things to PDF? Some times when this happens to me, they've selected the Sage PDF Printer as the printer.

    I have a client on 4.5 with a similar issue. Only affects one workstation (Win 7) and randomly it will fail to print to paperless. I have totally uninstalled wksetup and the PDF converter and then reinstalled. Thought we had it but on the third day, it did it again. Printers are all valid and her default printer is the only one she uses for MAS.

    I just ran into another customer where a Windows 7 Pro 32 Bit is not working on a specific workstation. I'll be looking closer at this over the next few weeks and will update if any particular resolution comes up.
