In 2013 I have a customer sending 200 +/- DD stubs. Previously it took about 30 minutes. Now it's taking about an hour.
We had similar issues but the stubs were going through the process for about 45 minutes until the choked.
First, found by testing email delivery in company maintenance that I needed to re-enter the password and test until the email was delivered (probably site specific).
Second, called Sage and here are my notes on what they tried (can't say which if anything is applicable). As with many of these problems you try 15 things and when it works you're not 100% sure what fixed the issue.
CDINTF.DLL searched and renamed to *.old by Sage
Should only be in one directory -- sage common component
Imported in a Sage PDF Registry by running PDFINSTALL.
I tried this on my own:
1. Changed report setting to show ""converted to 5.0""
2. Made sure the pdf was pointed to a local c:\users\public
Uninstall, reinstall pdf
Also installed this patch for Sage 100 ERP 2013
