Customer recently upgraded to 2014 standard and they have at least PU1 installed, maybe 3 (I didn't verify). Ran their first payroll today and cannot get the direct deposit stubs to be electronically delivered. It simply hangs at Creating PDF Documents. Previewed them so it is not a Crystal form issue. We changed the printing to PDF All and they worked so it doesn't seem to be a converter issue. Changed the email account to a non-Exchange one and that made no difference. Remoted to the server to see if it was a connection issue and no difference. Thoughts? What are we missing?

In Form Maintenance, is it set to ""Deliver During Check Register Update""? I have a client where the setting is ""No"" and it works.

In 2013 I have a customer sending 200 +/- DD stubs. Previously it took about 30 minutes. Now it's taking about an hour. We had similar issues but the stubs were going through the process for about 45 minutes until the choked. First, found by testing email delivery in company maintenance that I needed to re-enter the password and test until the email was delivered (probably site specific). Second, called Sage and here are my notes on what they tried (can't say which if anything is applicable). As with many of these problems you try 15 things and when it works you're not 100% sure what fixed the issue. CDINTF.DLL searched and renamed to *.old by Sage Should only be in one directory -- sage common component Imported in a Sage PDF Registry by running PDFINSTALL. I tried this on my own: 1. Changed report setting to show ""converted to 5.0"" 2. Made sure the pdf was pointed to a local c:\users\public Uninstall, reinstall pdf Also installed this patch for Sage 100 ERP 2013 https://www.evernote.com/shard/s270/sh/f7299ff1-1c9f-4931-b5ae-2268f907984d/2dbc822dc27804f87b8f8e162df5b19d
