    Customer recently upgraded their CRM to 7.2b and I believe they updated the Outlook plug-in. (Sorry, my CRM gurus are out this morning.) Now for one user, the error attached keeps popping up. I have enabled the Sage CRM add-in through Outlook but the ACCPAC add-in says Inactive. I have re-installed the plug-in from CRM but that did not resolve it. Any other thoughts?? TIA. @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

    I think you need to uninstall the outlook plugin first, then reinstall.

    I tried clicking on the Uninstall but it did not respond. Is there a manual way to uninstall it?

    You probably need admin rights to install/uninstall. You also need to use IE for install.

    I'm glad my team could help. Honestly there isn't enough Sage CRM issues to warrant paying to add them to the group. When I see issues, I forward them along to my team and then either: a) post the solution / any follow up questions or b) try to connect 90 Minders with my team if it is going to be more involved..
