Customer recently upgraded their CRM to 7.2b and I believe they updated the Outlook plug-in. (Sorry, my CRM gurus are out this morning.) Now for one user, the error attached keeps popping up. I have enabled the Sage CRM add-in through Outlook but the ACCPAC add-in says Inactive. I have re-installed the plug-in from CRM but that did not resolve it. Any other thoughts?? TIA.
