Sage 100

Customer printed W2's through Aatrix had Aatrix efile W2's for year 2012. Now they are trying to reprint an employee W2 and when we do, the employee W2 prints 2011 for the year, but if I print the Federal copy of the W2, it shows 2012. The totals on the employee W2 are for the year 2012 so it's pulling the correct data, but printing incorrectly. Is Sage troubleshooting these or would I go to Aatrix? Anybody ever reprint W2's and have this happen? The only step I haven't taken is to do the 'automatic update' but since this is a history W2, wasn't sure I should or that it would make a difference. Thoughts?

check the rpt form it's pulling from. Had this happen with a 4.2 install years ago.

W2's were printed using efiling too, sorry, forgot to include that originally. We can't modify the Aatrix form can we?

Not sure. I would think it would be pulling it from some form but if so I can't find it.

Being unaware of the ""ability"" to reprint W-2's in Aatrix, I always recommend the end user print to a PDF printer so that they a PDF for future reprints. Now I am glad I recommended that
