Does anyone have any success stories or recommendations for install, setup, and configuration of a Customer portal that integrates with Sage 100 version 2020?

Client is looking for a way to allow customers to look at open invoices as well as pay for them using Credit Cards.

    Thank you,
    Michael

Check with True Commerce and Certipro.  I received and email the other day from True Commerce advertising their customer portal.  Also, I have a customer using Certipro Elink connected to a customer portal developed in Magento.  Each customer has a logon and can see open invoices, open orders and other information.

CIMCloud (aka websitepipeline) has a nice solution available. Payments come back as a cash receipt entry. And no, you're not require to have a web store, you can just have a portal.

I set a customer up on APS ClickToPay about 5 years ago. They were VERY inexperienced and this setup for pretty simple.  If I recall, the customer can a single invoice or access their open invoices from a portal. No additional cost beyond APS merchant fees.

I just finished setting up an APS click to pay.  It works well and there is a portal that allows the customer to pay the Sage 100 open invoices using a credit card or ACH bank transfer.  However, the portal can only be accessed by clicking on a link on an SO Invoice.  APS adds some fields to SO_InvoiceWrk and these fields are suppressed in the Crystal form.  When the customer receives the invoice as a PDF attachment they can then click on a logo that is over the suppressed fields that open the web portal.   This is it.  I have asked APS to add similar fields to the AR Statement, however this may or may not ever happen.

Customer 365 Portal from CRM Together.  Works off the CRM Self Service licensing that comes with the Single User CRM License in Sage 100.

    https://crmtogether.com/products/customer-365/

Everything is tied to live Sage 100 data and we launch invoice reprints directly from the Paperless location.  We haven't had the request to integrate to eInvoicing yet, but I would think you could embed the link to the Customer Site @ Paya for payments as part of the Customer Details in the Portal.

Implementation cost is reasonable, you have control over what you want to show the Portal Users, access is managed directly from within CRM and you have the ability to customize to whatever your needs may be for the client.  We even have a simple order entry screen going for one customer that only does a handful of orders online per day.  Dumps everything to a CSV and VI runs the import off a SAW Schedule.  This customer also runs Option Bills and it gave us the ability to allow the customer-specific option pricing that was needed for order entry.

I like Website Pipeline and we have a couple of their installs running.  If this customer is smaller and doesn't have a major web presence, this might be a good solution for you to review.

Also, have you looked at the Paya Integration to see if it will handle what they need?

"The invoices sent through Paya are formatted based on a template that you can customize using Paya's merchant portal. If you use Paperless Office to create PDF versions of the invoices, the PDF files are also sent to Paya, and they are attached to the e-mails.

The e-mails include a link that your customers can use to make a payment. When making a payment, customers can sign in to the Paya customer portal. The portal displays a list of outstanding invoices that have been sent to Paya, and your customers can apply full or partial payments to one or more invoices. Payments applied to eInvoices made through Paya are then imported into Cash Receipts Entry so that you can review and post them. <madcap:conditionaltext data-mc-conditions="Primary.Online">For more information, see Importing eInvoice Payments."</madcap:conditionaltext>

If they just want Open Invoices, the Paya site should be able to manage that detail.
