Customer on v5.1 connecting via TS has certain logins that do not see the full list of printers in the drop down. All users have full rights to all printers, and we can see the printers from other applications and form the print preview. I have completely wiped out the SY_ReportSEttings thinking it might be a ""stuck"" printer in the same aspect as when deferred is the only printer listed, but no luck. I know I have seen this before, but can't find any notes. Suggestions?

Just noticed, Sage PDF converter is also not in the list. Again, this is only for certain users... so it must be a rights issue, but again everything is checked on the printers. Have tried chaning the default printer and changing it back to update, but still no luck.

Look for any printers that are in an error or offline condition or have the word 'on' somewhere in their name (possibly redirecting in from the local PC). When it comes to Sage 100 and printing, I still feel like we're in the leaches and bloodletting stages....

No luck, all the printers are error free. They are located on a print server, so they are all qualified as well. :(

Then the next step would be to confirm that the user has a default printer selected.

We had a client accessing SAGE 100 through a shortcut on their desktop to a terminal server. Their problem sounds similar. Turns out the shortcut was defined to not allow remote printer access. Since the server had no printers defined on it, the user didn't have any printers available except default ""printers"" like Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
