Sage 100

Customer on Sage 100c Advanced 2016.3 - they are using FRX and one user reports that he cannot go into both Sage 100c AND FRX without getting the message "" 1 User Limit Exceeded"". I cannot recall there being a limit to running FRx and Sage 100 at the same time - but maybe there is/was and I just never ran into it. He says when he exits FRx he can then get into Sage 100 on his desktop. He is logging in from his regular desktop (ie - not TS or Citrix).

I don't recall ever seeing that either, have you tried copying the activate.pvx from the server onto his workstation like we do for Terminal servers to allow multiple users.

I haven't. Mostly because I only ever use that trick for remote sessions. I'm not sure exactly what's going on.

The first thing I try when I get this error is to run the Sage client As Admin, but I agree with David and would try copying activate.pvx from the server.
