    Customer on Sage 100 Standard v4.50.2 When they go into AR - Cash Receipts Entry - enter in a cash receipt. If they go to the lookup for invoice number the lookup is blank. There are (verified) invoices open. Customer previously had similar issue where resolution was to reload Sy?Qxx.SOA (ALE lookups). Just tried that again and it did not work (Although I loaded from my computer and not a fresh install of Sage 100). Any other areas that might be causing this? It's insane that some simple fixes (like rebuilding a lookup) could require reload of an ERP system.

    @WayneSchulz - Is it possible that they need to run the arwar4 utility?

    Possibly but in all prior instances I've found that even if ARWAR4 is needed you still see the invoices. Here in this case the list of invoices is blank. If they type in the invoice manually it works. Just nothing if they use the lookup button. Presents a blank screen with zero invoices.

    Sounds like your ALE is hosed again. How about bringing them up to the most recent PU for v4.5???

    This is a customer on Job Cost who just announced they're leaving for Timberline. Increasingly I have found that Job Cost is not a good solution for growing construction companies so I think this is a good path for them. When your key module has been left behind without an upgrade the message is clear that Job Cost on Sage 100 ERP is mostly for light/incidental Job Costing.

    I recently had a lookup issue with inventory master. Columns contained wrong or missing info. Replacing the syq* files did not help but replacing the \MAS90\providex.* files did. They need to come from a good backup. Got this from Sage tech.
