Customer on Sage 100 Standard v4.50.2
When they go into AR - Cash Receipts Entry - enter in a cash receipt. If they go to the lookup for invoice number the lookup is blank.
There are (verified) invoices open.
Customer previously had similar issue where resolution was to reload Sy?Qxx.SOA (ALE lookups).
Just tried that again and it did not work (Although I loaded from my computer and not a fresh install of Sage 100).
Any other areas that might be causing this?
It's insane that some simple fixes (like rebuilding a lookup) could require reload of an ERP system.
