Customer on Sage 100 ERP 2013 with latest PU - using Avalara - says that suddenly a button to recalculate Avatax is not in the SO Invoice screen any longer. I've rebuilt panels. Reloaded Avatax. Any thoughts before I call Avalara tomorrow?

Do you mean the address validation?

Are there multiple panel customizations? Does it appear for you?

Sometimes a user inadvertently does a crtl f9 and creates a custom panel...like dlh-ABC. this overrides the ###-ABC. rename dlh-ABC to XXXXdlh-ABC.

What @DougHiggs said. Go to custom office, go to customize panels, look at current customizations. See if there is a customization of that form specific to the user or that applies to all companies and all users that supersedes the customization created by Avalara.

They say there used to be a recalculate sales tax button. I tried rebuilding panels and also looking for modified panels but that doesn't seem to be the issue. We've had a long term problem with double posting GL entries for kit items which forced me to to re-load the software (I cringe that things like this will happen). I'm going to call them today and have a look. For all I know someone attached a custom script or code (they're not my original customer).

Not sure how to fix if Custom Office Utilities didn't make a difference. It's on the Totals tab...here is a visual.

Have you tried resetting the panel?

I tried rebuilding them all. Did not go through on the reset - wasn't sure the exact panel the button was on (until now)
