    Customer on Sage 100 ERP 2013 PU 8 went and ""updated something on Starship"" over the weekend and now when they ship it's throwing a blank line in the number of boxes. Before I throw this over to V-Tech - has anyone seen this?

    Don't know if it applies, but have you installed the SO-5002 patch?
