Sage 100

Customer on Sage 100 Advanced 4.4 - they're doing a merge of inventory items. Apparently both items they are trying to merge are bills. They're receiving: ""No Action - Both items would be bills of material"" Anyone know why (presumably this is some rule of merging inventory) or a workaround?

So they have two bills they want to merge? I would delete the bill they do NOT want to retain and then merge the item into the bill they wish to retain. I assume that would work.

That makes sense - I haven't looked at the details yet

If they need the structure information from the bill to be deleted, have them copy it to the ""keeper"" number as a Revision. Then delete the bill. But this is only necessary if they need the historical structure information.
