  • 1.  Customer on MAS 90 4.40.08 with JobOps suddenly RM

    Customer on MAS 90 4.40.08 with JobOps suddenly RMA printing and RMA receiver printing comes up with no data. Rebuilt RMA keys & sorts, tried new default form. Work file does have data, but it doesn't make it onto Crystal. Happens on workstation and on the server. Any ideas?

    Have you checked to see that the work files are empty when they should be? You might want to try reinitializing all the work files.

    Found it - the Sage Inventory Advisor had them activate ODBC security, and RMA was unchecked in that...

    Just read it and completely agree. While the focus on promise dates is appropriate, implementation was pretty poor.
