Found the solution:
This was actually an issue with the user ID within the email setup.
Example:
On the payroll direct deposits they used
payroll@company.com as the RETURN address
On the customer pdf setup (within paperless) they used
office@company.com
Yet the email account used was ""payroll"" within Library Master/Email -- which I'm guessing restricted their ""from"" address to only being
payroll@company.com.
When we used the from address of ""office@company.com"" it appeared to send ok on the Sage side but my guess is that their email server disposed of it because the account that paperless authenticated with ""payroll"" didi not have ""office@company.com"" as an assigned/authorized email address.
We changed the from address to
payroll@company.com and problem was solved (advised customer to have IT enter in a more generic from address such as
Office@company.com and change the login within Library Master).
