    Wow, I find it baffling that Sage 100 still doesn't store customer last invoice/sale date.  It does populate in the DateLastActivity field but that can also contain a payment date (even though there's also a specific LastPaymentDate field).

    We created a UDF to populate the invoice date when the Sales Journal is updated, which of course will only work going forward.

    Finish it with a VI job and a script to update it based on either the invoice history header or the invoice transaction history.
