Customer just upgraded from 2016 to 2018 yesterday. They have WO and Scanco's WOEP (or whatever it's called these days). Customer said his bill didn't explode in WO so I was going to check his WO Setups but I got this message stating ""System indicates To Initialize Files?"" What the heck does that mean??
