    Customer just took it upon themselves to intsall update 8 to v 5.0. Everything seemed to go fine, but now the SO module is missing from the Module list. Typing SY_Menu_UI from the run menu and it is not there either. I can see if everywhere else though (I can even rebuild/sort it). Any thoughts on how to get it back?

    The module and menu item are likely missing from the mnumod.txt in the launcher folder. Can you restore that file?

    You of course have two prices for the installation of product updates. The do-it yourself-but-need-help is the regular price x 1.25.
